Additional Services

Diagnostic Review - $250

My goal is to gain an understanding of your specific bookkeeping and accounting needs and to access the health of your Quickbooks/Xero data, the completeness and accuracy of your accounting transactions, and ongoing bookkeeping and accounting needs.

  • 45 min call to discuss and analyze your needs

  • Bookkeeping and accounting analysis- Diagnose problems and access the level of clean-up needed. 

  • Identify transactions that need to be brought up to date

  • Access the volume and complexity of transactions 

  • Access ongoing bookkeeping and accounting needs

  • A written report of our findings and recommendations

  • Session to going over our findings, recommendations, and proposed services

Quickbooks/Xero Set-Up Package - $250-$500 

  • Pricing will be different when combined with monthly bookkeeping services 

  • Pricing is dependant on the size of the business and the amount of data that has to be transferred and applies to start-ups/small businesses. 

  • Set up and customization of Quickbooks/Xero company file

  • Migration of data from other bookkeeping software

  • Customization of transactions and chart of accounts

  • Connect bank accounts

  • Customization of Invoices and Statements 

  • Email Support for 30 days

DIY Monthly/Quarterly Check-Up - $125/$375

  • All transactions recorded by the client in accounting software

  • You will provide access via online login or remote access

  • Review all transactions and verify they are recorded properly 

  • Give recommendations of adjusting entries

Payroll Processing - $125

  • You may add payroll processing to any package above or use it as a stand-alone service

  • 1-5 Employees- $125 per month as a stand-alone service (Discount will be given if added to a monthly bookkeeping package)

  • $10 per month for each additional employee

  • Includes all payroll tax payments and reporting, as well as W-2 processing

1099 Processing 

Minimum of $50- Includes the first 5 forms​. Each additional form is $10. Any information provided after January 25th will incur a $100 rush processing fee. The client must provide all vendor information.
